This walk marks a change in what I’m doing with the M9.
I’ve stopped shooting only colour jpegs and moved onto shooting a DNG and B/W jpeg combo (I explain what I was doing before and doing differently now in another post). This is the first walk I’ve tried these new settings out and I’m very pleased with the results.
Thanks to ongoing DIY projects at home, I hadn’t got around to planning any walks for this week, but the glorious sunshine today was just too good to miss, so I set out along the canal, close by my house and headed down the River Lea towards the Thames.
I’ve moved on from simply recording the walk, to looking for photos (now or research for future shoots), so, unlike previous galleries, this gallery has only a few photos, you can view the select few here.
The BackTrack D-Tour behaved itself this time and recorded and downloaded the route of today’s journey. If you’ve never tried this walk, it’s well worth it, especially on a sunny day like today.
